In March we are ready! For something big for delis! The highlight of the “Gastronomic weeks in the Isarco Valley” are regional and culinary specialties of the South Tyrolean cuisine. Traditional dishes like dumplings of every kind, “tirtln” (fried and stuffed large ravioli) or tasty soups of local ingredients, sustainable and healthy! A pleasure until 26th March 2017 in all restaurants of Brixen, you should not miss it!
